Annual pricing is based on selected user tiers.
Examples:
- Jira and Confluence: starting from 1–10 users, then 11–15 users, etc.
- Jira Service Management: starting from 1–3 agents, then 4–5 agents, etc.
Annual subscriptions are suitable when user numbers remain stable.
They typically offer better pricing compared to monthly subscriptions.
User tiers can be adjusted during the subscription period.
Data Center Licensing
Minimum user tiers:
- Jira Software: 1–500 users
- Confluence: 1–500 users
- Jira Service Management: 1–50 agents
- Crowd: 1–500 users
- Bitbucket: 1–25 users
- Bamboo: 1 user
Data Center is suitable for organisations requiring full infrastructure control and on-premise data management.
